Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep

Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep is a softbait from the soft bait family, designed for swimbaiting in deep water. It combines a bulky profile, a dedicated action and a mounting system with hook and clip. The series features Honey Comb technology, designed to combine movement and durability during use.

What it is for

This lure is used in spinning fishing when you need to present a substantial profile at depth. It is used on deep spots, along banks, channels, drop-offs and areas where fish hold below the surface. The body creates a strong visual attraction, while the weight and mounting system support a practical, repeatable use on every cast. Predator anglers look for a ready-to-use solution to cover water and keep a neat presentation, without dealing with complex rigs. The series offers different sizes to adapt the lure to depth, bait size and the required retrieve.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right size of Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep?	The choice depends on fishing depth, fish size and the lure profile you want to present. The series offers 12.5 cm, 15 cm and 20 cm, so you can match the model to the spot and the type of predator.
What changes between the models in the series?	Length, weight and hook size change. The 12.5 cm models weigh 28 g, the 15 cm models 50 g and the 20 cm models 110 g; the mounted hooks also change depending on the variant.
Where is this lure used?	It is used in spinning fishing in deep water, in areas where fish stay below the surface. It is suitable for banks, channels, drop-offs and similar spots, where a sinking presentation is needed.
Does it require a special setup?	The series is designed with a mounting system using a harness and hook clip. This means the lure comes ready to use, with two mounted hooks and an action suited to working at depth.
