Measuring opens and clicks in e-mails

In newsletters and other promotional e-mails we may count opens and clicks. Without your consent we only count them as totals for each mailing, using an image and links that are the same for every recipient: we do not know who opens or clicks and we do not store your IP address. Only if you specifically agree (optional box when you subscribe, or the "Choose how your e-mails are measured" page at the bottom of every message) do we record whether you open our e-mails and which links you click, to send you messages that better match your interests (legal basis: consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time from the same link, without unsubscribing from the newsletter; withdrawal does not affect what was done before. We keep your choice (date, accepted text, shortened IP address) as proof of consent. Service e-mails about your orders contain no personal measurement tools.
