Colmic Menta

Colmic Menta is a float from the series dedicated to pole fishing in canals, rivers and other competition or fine-technique settings. The build combines a balsa body, a carbon stem and a thin solid painted plastic antenna. The range covers several weights and lets you choose the model according to depth, current strength and the sensitivity required.

What it is for

This float is designed to present the bait in a controlled way and to read bites accurately in inland waters. It works in different scenarios, from canals to stronger currents, and is used when you need stable rigging without losing sensitivity on the take. Pole anglers choose it to match the setup to the type of water, fishing distance and fish response, moving from lighter models to more robust ones within the same series.

Features

Top-quality balsa body for a clean, controlled presentation.
Carbon stem to maintain balance and holding power in the water.
Thin solid painted plastic antenna for clear bite indication.
Series suitable for canal, river and current fishing.
Range with different sizes, from the finest setting to heavier models.

In the Pescaloccasione range you will find the Colmic Menta series with different variants by weight and sensitivity. The choice of model depends on the water profile and the setup you want to achieve when fishing.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right size in the Menta series?	The choice depends on current, depth and the sensitivity you want when fishing. The lighter versions are for fine settings, while the heavier ones work better when the water pushes more.
Where is Colmic Menta used?	The series is designed for canals, rivers and pole fishing in general. The manufacturer’s sheet also indicates use in fairly strong currents.
What is the advantage of the thin antenna?	The thin solid painted plastic antenna makes bite reading more immediate. It is a typical solution when you need to see light takes clearly.
What changes between the models in the series?	Weight and the dimensions of the antenna and stem change. In practice, the float’s response varies according to water flow and the desired setup.
Does it require special maintenance?	No specific work is required. As with all competition floats, it is worth checking that the antenna and stem remain intact and that the body does not suffer impacts during transport.
