Madcat Black Nickel 4X Double Shad Hooks
Madcat Black Nickel 4X Double Shad Hooks is a double hook for soft lures, designed for rigging shads and soft lures in the terminal tackle used for predator fishing. It belongs to the family of loose hooks and sits within the terminal tackle series dedicated to technical hooks for artificial lures.
What it is used for
This double hook secures the soft lure with two dedicated points and keeps it in place during casting and retrieval. In fishing with a rigged soft lure, the stable hook attachment helps the lure work cleanly and reduces unwanted movement on the body of the shad. During the fight, the clean release helps avoid giving the fish an extra leverage point. It is used by anglers fishing with soft plastics who want a terminal component suited to shad rigging, both in freshwater and in situations where strong and reliable double hooks are needed.
