Tubertini Moon Glow Tips

The Tubertini Moon Glow Tips are a series of Solid Carbon tips dedicated to repairing and replacing the sensitive elements of the feeder rod. The tip treated with phosphorescent paints makes the end section more visible when light fades, for evening or night fishing.

What they are for

These tips are used to put a feeder rod back into service with a compatible element for reading the bite and the pull. They are used on setups where tip visibility matters, especially in low-light conditions and during night sessions. The series is offered with a 3.0 mm base diameter, a specification that guides compatibility with many feeder rods in the Tubertini catalog. TFT-MG versions mount SiC ring inserts, while TFT-MG-Minima versions use Minima rings, so the angler can choose the tip type based on the configuration already present on the rod.

Features

  • Solid Carbon for the tip series
  • Tip with phosphorescent paints for better visibility in low light
  • 3.0 mm base diameter
  • TFT-MG versions with SiC ring inserts
  • TFT-MG-Minima versions with Minima rings
  • Range with different powers to match the tip to the rod and intended fishing style

At Pescaloccasione you will find the Tubertini Moon Glow Tips series in the planned variants, so you can choose the most suitable tip based on diameter, ring type and power required by your feeder rod.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right Moon Glow Tips version? The choice depends on the rod type and ring configuration. The series offers TFT-MG and TFT-MG-Minima versions, both with a 3.0 mm base diameter.
Which rods are these tips mounted on?They are compatible with many feeder rods in the Tubertini catalog, thanks to the 3.0 mm base diameter. Before buying, make sure the requested tip matches the rod series.
What is the difference between TFT-MG and TFT-MG-Minima?The difference concerns the rings mounted on the tip. TFT-MG versions use SiC ring inserts, while TFT-MG-Minima versions use Minima rings.
What is the phosphorescent tip for?It is used to make the tip more visible when light is low. It is useful for evening or night fishing, when keeping an eye on the tip becomes more difficult.
