Savage Gear 3D Roach RTF

Savage Gear 3D Roach RTF is a ready-to-use soft bait from the soft bait family. It reproduces the profile of a real roach and was created for pike fishing, with a construction designed to work on the drop and keep its swimming action and attraction even under line tension.

What it is for

This bait is designed for predators that feed on medium to large forage fish, especially in environments where baitfish are a regular prey item. It works in shallow water with the rod tip held high and in deeper water when you need to probe the lower layers. The Ready to Fish system simplifies use on the water. The paddle tail, tail rattle and fast sinking action provide a visible and perceptible action even in stained water. The smaller models are also suitable for zander and perch, while the larger sizes target big pike.

Features

Body based on a scan of a real roach, with realistic details.
Photo Chrome skin print and DNA scent for a profile very close to natural forage.
Fast Sink buoyancy for fishing both on the drop and in depth.
Wide paddle tail with a pronounced movement and tail rattle to increase attraction.
Available in three sizes: 12 cm, 15 cm and 18 cm, to cover different fishing needs.
Pack of 1 piece with 2 hooks already included in the series.

The Savage Gear 3D Roach RTF series covers multiple fishing scenarios with size and colour variants. The choice of model mainly depends on the size of the forage fish present and the required working depth.

Frequently asked questions

How do you choose the right size of the Savage Gear 3D Roach RTF?	The choice depends on the size of the predator and the forage fish present. Smaller sizes are also used for zander and perch, while larger ones are designed for pike.
What kind of fishing is this bait used for?	It is used both in shallow water, with the rod pointed slightly upward, and in deeper water to probe the lower layers. The series works well when you need a bait that sinks quickly.
What sets the series variants apart?	The variants differ in size, weight and colour. They all share the Ready to Fish structure, Fast Sink buoyancy and the two hooks included in the series.
Does it need rigging before use?	The series is Ready to Fish, so it is made to be used straight away. The structure is already set up for fishing with the hooks included in the pack and for working on the drop.
How can the bait be best noticed in the water?	The attraction comes from the combination of tail movement, fast sinking and the tail rattle. In murkier water, the sound helps locate the bait.
