Savage Gear Mutant Rat
Savage Gear Mutant Rat is an artificial lure from the Hard Bait family, designed to imitate a small rodent and work on the surface with a highly visible action. The rigid head has an open mouth and channels water toward the polyester mane, while the soft body remains active even at low speed. The series combines movement, acoustic attraction and a pulsing profile designed to trigger predator strikes.
What it is for
This lure is used to present a bulky and noisy profile in the water, with a movement that displaces water and keeps the body moving during the retrieve. It is used when you need a lure to work aggressively but in a controlled way, with an action that remains effective even at reduced speed. It is suitable for anglers looking for a surface lure or upper-layer lure capable of attracting predatory fish with a continuous and very obvious action.
Features
- Rigid head with open mouth to let water pass through and create strong push.
- Polyester mane to amplify the profile in the water and the movement.
- Integrated swivel with stainless steel stinger and 2 super sharp treble hooks.
- Ring under the chin to add weight and adjust the attitude.
- Integrated PC rattle to increase attraction during the retrieve.
- Soft body with robotic ribs, wide legs and spherical toes to stay active even at slow pace.
The Savage Gear Mutant Rat series is available in two weights, 68 g and 125 g, with different colors to suit fishing conditions and user preference. At Pescaloccasione you can find the series variants and choose the one best suited to the job based on weight and color pattern.
