Daiwa Tournament Landing Net Pole HVF Landing Net Handle | Professional Landing Net Handle for Competition

Ensure a lightning-fast, precise, and flawless landing net with the Daiwa Tournament Landing Net Pole professional handle. Developed for the most demanding match anglers and uncompromising sport fishermen, this tool brings the prestigious HVF (High Volume Fibre) carbon fibre used on Daiwa's flagship rods to the world of landing nets, eliminating parasitic oscillations and ensuring millimetric control of the landing net head even under heavy loads.

The Excellence of the Daiwa Brand

Choosing Daiwa 's Tournament line means equipping yourself with the very best in applied research for sport fishing. The result of meticulous engineering on carbon composites, the Tournament range was developed on international competition grounds to offer structural rigidity, exceptional balance, and long-lasting reliability, transforming every single technical move into a tangible advantage against the clock and large prey.

Product Technical Features

• HVF (High Volume Fibre) Carbon Blank: High density construction with a reduced percentage of resin and maximum concentration of carbon fibres, guaranteeing a featherweight (only 275 g on the 4.00 m version and 390 g on the 5.40 m version) and absolute rigidity under stress.

• Multi-Section Interlocking Architecture: Structured in 3 or 4 precision-interlocking sections to ensure solid pin alignment and direct force transmission.

• Modular Versatility of Use: Designed to allow use on small surfaces (for example at approximately 2.8 metres by removing the base), easily adapting to low docks, feeder platforms or boats.

• Universal Head Connection: Robust, corrosion-proof thread compatible with any type of landing net head (carp fishing, feeder, match or saltwater).

• Rationalised Size: Closed size of just 150 cm for both variants, designed for easy storage inside rigid rod holders.

Technical Specifications Table by Model

• Zero Flexion and Surgical Landing: The extreme rigidity of the HVF carbon prevents the blank from flexing or "bulging" forward, allowing you to intercept the fish exactly on the first pass without having to force the trajectory.

• Speed in the Racing Rhythm: The extremely low weight and advanced balance reduce forearm fatigue to zero, allowing for rapid one-handed maneuvers while controlling the escape of the prey with the rod.

• Total Adaptability to Spots: The ability to mount the handle at full extension (up to 5.40 m) or in short trim (2.8 m) offers unparalleled operational flexibility, resolving any bankstick changes or variations in water levels.

Which version should I choose between the 4.00 m and 5.40 m lengths?

The 4.00 m (275 g) version is the ideal choice for commercial waters, canals with regular banks and method or match fishing from a seatbox. The 5.40 m (390 g) version is essential for those tackling very high banks, sea cliffs, rivers with steep steps or when it is necessary to anticipate the launch at a safe distance from bank obstacles.

Can I use the Tournament handle at intermediate lengths?

Yes, the taper and precision of the joints allow the exclusion of a section (for example using it at around 2.8 metres), transforming it, if necessary, into a short and ultra-rigid handle perfect for fast fishing at short distances or from a boat.

Does the thread accept any type of landing net head?

Absolutely. The thread adopts the universal sport fishing pitch, making it fully compatible with rubberized net heads for carp fisheries, lightweight monofilament rings for bleak and bream, or large floating heads.
