Maver Galleggiante Taso Carbon

The Maver Galleggiante Taso Carbon is a float for pole fishing from the Maver series, designed for stable presentations and a clear bite read. It belongs to the family of varied floats and works in still or very slow water, with a flask shape designed to react well to lift bites.

What it is for

This float is made for fishing with a bolo rod, margin rod, roubaisienne and fixed rod. It is used when a clear signal is needed during feeding and striking, with precise control of the bait and drift. The carbon stem increases sensitivity and keeps the rig stable, while the painted plastic antenna improves visibility. The through-hole adds strength and durability during repeated sessions, where the float must remain readable and responsive. It is suitable for targeting crucian carp and bream in canals, where stability, sensitivity and correct tuning to the chosen weight matter.

Features

Flask shape for sensitive bite detection on lift bites
Carbon stem for greater sensitivity and stable rigging
Painted plastic antenna for good visibility when fishing

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right weight for the Taso Carbon?	The choice depends on depth, residual current and fishing distance. The series versions cover weights from 0.20 g to 3.00 g, so you can match the float to the situation.
Which techniques is this float used for?	The manufacturer recommends it for bolo, margin rod and pole fishing. It also works with roubaisienne and fixed rod when a stable and easy-to-read presentation is needed.
What makes it different from other varied floats?	The series combines a flask shape, carbon stem and a painted plastic antenna. This combination prioritises sensitivity, visibility and lift-bite detection.
